I grew up in the wonderful city of Thousand Oaks. If given a tour of T.O, the adjectives to come to mind would probably be words like homey, beautiful, neat, clean. It's a nice suburban city where graffiti doesn't last more than a couple hours and where your car is ticketed if it's ugly and sits in the road too long and your house can only be one of three different mild colors. This keeps the city nice, neat, and inhabited by the classier type.
BUT one thing that makes Provo so unique is that colorful houses ARE ALLOWED. And people sure take advantage.
And the winner is, Sunny Lane. The happiest little house you ever did see. Complete with yellow, green, red, and lots of quirky-cute yard decorations.
